In 2019, WENet Vietnam was established as a successful product stemming from the initiative of Ai20X in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology for innovative entrepreneurship. Through collaborative initiatives and development activities in Vietnam and startups in Silicon Valley, leveraging the ecosystem and licensed technologies from the United States, WENet Vietnam carries the mission of creating a more innovative and intelligent world.
The company owns 94% of foreign investment capital, belonging to the WENet Inc Group in the United States. Apart from the presence in the United States and Vietnam, WENet Japan was officially established in October 2024 to expand the deployment of WENet Vietnam’s technological products and services to the Japanese market.

The company’s leader is Mr. Hoang Minh Tri – Chairman of WENet Inc, USA. WENet Inc is a company with a platform technology focused on digital transformation and Metaverse experience applications. It is currently advancing hardware production and application development in Vietnam. Mr. Tri is also the founder of Ai20X, a network that promotes innovative entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley and advocates for introducing Vietnamese products to the international market.
Mr. Tri, a successful entrepreneur, has consecutively founded multiple startup companies and has over 30 years of experience serving as a bridge for economic and technological development between the United States and countries such as Taiwan, China, Japan, Nigeria, India, among others. He is especially passionate about building technology and business bridge systems between the United States and Vietnam.
